EvaLine: AI Agent Factory & LLM Agency
We build an autonomous staff of digital co-workers — while running a real polymer factory. The technology is grounded in production, not the other way round.
Chernomorsk, Ukraine (plant) · Bratislava, Slovakia (EU warehouse)
One gateway, many runtimes, real tools.
A real factory, not a slide deck.
EvaLine manufactures EVA polymer products in Ukraine and distributes them across the EU from a Bratislava warehouse. That business is the foundation the agent platform is built on.
Car mats
EvaLine Drive line: diamond and honeycomb cells, 8 mm sheet. Deep cells trap up to 2.5 L of water per cabin.
Tatami and sport floors
Interlocking dovetail mats, density 75–250 kg/m³, thickness 20–40 mm.
Agro mats
Buryonka mats for dairy farms: thermal insulation, anti-slip relief, antibacterial treatment.
Marine teak
UV-stabilised decking for boats and yachts with a 3M VHB adhesive layer.
Footwear and EVA sheet
EVA soles and sheet materials for partners, including private-label contract manufacturing.
Routes to market
B2B: wholesale, EU export, private label. B2C: direct online stores.

An AI agent factory on top of the polymer factory.
An agent is not a chat window. It is a digital co-worker with a role, memory, tools and an audit trail. Four layers turn a model into a worker.
Agent runtimes
Hermes, OpenClaw, agy and the opencode / kilo / qwen set. Different agents for different jobs, each with its own character and strengths.
Single model gateway
OmniRoute: one OpenAI-compatible endpoint (LiteLLM). All 94 models sit behind a single door, so switching a provider never means rewriting agents.
MCP tool bus
21 servers, with 8 wired into every runtime. Files, Git, GitHub, databases, browser and memory — this is how agents get hands.
Memory
Graph memory, SQLite full-text search and a vector store. Every answer is grounded in real documents rather than guesswork.
Closed execution loop
Perceive, plan, execute in an isolated sandbox, review, and roll back automatically on error — with no human copying text between screens.
No vendor lock-in
94 models and 36 routes. If a provider slows down or changes terms, traffic moves to another in milliseconds.
Quality gates
Contested decisions are cross-checked by independent models before they ever reach the plant floor.
Two nodes: a shield at the edge, a brain in the core.
A lightweight node takes the public traffic. Heavy computation runs in a protected core. The two are joined by a private encrypted tunnel.
If one node goes down, the other keeps serving.
Data isolation
Internal traffic stays inside the private network. The public internet only sees the entry point.
Continuity
Different providers and different nodes. One failing element does not stop orders or calculations.
Thirty specialised agents that debate before they decide.
A single model can be confidently wrong. Consilium-30 sends one task to thirty roles across five groups, then an arbiter synthesises the agreed decision.
Four base roles rotate and converge into one balanced centre — the arbiter.
Production and technology
Chief technologist, auto-stylist, tatami engineer, footwear expert, agro advisor, craft master, QC inspector, recycling officer.
Logistics, sales and clients
EU export, wholesale, customer care, pricing analyst, tender specialist.
IT, infrastructure and intelligence
Sysadmin, RAG master, gateway operator, API integrator, security auditor.
Analytics, strategy and arbitration
Devil's advocate, arbiter, marketing growth, legal compliance, finance lead, innovation scout.
Game dynamics and learning
Game master, behaviour psychologist, tactician, strategist, scorekeeper, coach.
Level 1 — 10 agents
Fast mode on free models for everyday work.
Level 2 — 20 agents
Production mode: free models plus an economical paid tier.
Level 3 — 30 agents
Full Consilium with specialised roles and paid arbitration.
A federation of models — no single vendor.
The registry holds 94 models: 62 free and 32 paid. The OmniRoute gateway exposes 36 routes across six provider groups plus a dedicated agent route.
Plus a dedicated Hermes agent route. Models are grouped by provider and switched automatically.

Auto-failover
If a provider is unavailable, the request moves to another with no downtime.
A deep library of skills and standards.
Agents do not start from scratch every time. They load proven, reusable procedures — runbooks — and apply them to the task.

agent working languages; the knowledge base spans 6 languages
Tool bus
Files, Git, GitHub, databases, web fetch, memory, sequential thinking, library documentation.
Developer tooling
Language servers for TypeScript, Python, HTML, CSS, JSON and Markdown provide real-time code checking.
Memory and knowledge
Graph memory, full-text search and a vector database: answers cite their sources precisely.
Six phases from infrastructure to product.
Each phase builds on the previous one. Progress is shown qualitatively; numeric targets and dates are still to be defined.
Infrastructure
Dual-node cluster, private mesh, public domains and certificates.
Agents
Runtimes and roles are online; the Consilium runs adversarial deliberation.
MCP and memory
Tool connectors, the knowledge base and vector search.
Orchestration
Routing, token-cost control and automated quality gates.
Google Agents
Integration with cloud agent services. Currently held back by a billing issue on the cloud account.
Product
The agency as a product: client pilots and packaged agent teams.
What we are looking for.
We deliberately do not quote financial amounts or terms before a conversation. Below are three directions for partnership.
Partnerships
Distribution and integration partners in the EU, equipment and materials suppliers.

Manufacturers and B2B distributors ready to run a paid agent-support pilot.
Scope and pricing: to be defined (USD / EUR / UAH)Investment
